OK, sorry, I do see it on the release notes page but it has never appeared here. I am presently using Firefox 91.0. I previously had css code for the scrollbars and I am still using that for scrollbar colours. Firefox 89 introduced some about:config preferences for the scrollbars.

I am happy to know that this problem is eventually fixed in 91.0 and 89 but currently I have to stay with 88.0.1 because versions after this one are slow at the first startup. During 1 minute I can't use my web browser. So, I prefer to stay on 88.0.1 for the moment and try to find how to disable this scrollbar feature.
