Do you get the same thing if you open the link in a private window? In a private window, any cached files or cookies from regular windows are not used, so if those are causing the problem, you can bypass them.
Otherwise, any possibility that your network connection is running through Latvia, for example, using a proxy server or VPN?
To check on a proxy:
- Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences
- Windows: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Settings (previously "Options")
- Linux: "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Settings (previously Preferences)
- Any system: type or paste about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it
In the search box at the top of the page, type proxy and Firefox should filter to the "Settings" button, which you can click.
Change to "No proxy" and Save the change using the button toward the bottom of the dialog.
Any difference?

Thanks for the reply— I was finally able to resolve the issue.
No VPN, no Proxy, not about:preferences or about:config. It was isolated to a specific website only in the Firefox browser.
I can only surmise it was corrupt cookie related or some such. After 3 hours of drilling down on the issue... I stumbled on the solution. In the lower right corner of the ref'd link above—was a regional setting. It was set correctly to USA, I click it into it anyway, and made a change/re-selected it—still USA; but magically the issue was gone.
Keep up the good work #FireFox
