I generated a random password for my rmail saved it to my firefox acc now i cannot log in to my mail

So basically I made a firefox account and changed my email password with a generated password by firefox then saved the email password to my account, i reinstalled windows and i try to log in to my account and it says i need to enter a code that they send to my email….

This is so frustrating I have important things on email that i need to access asap, how on earth can i access my email while the password is saved in my firefox account and i cannot log in to my firefox because it says i need to wnter a cose that was sent to my email

Your email isn't a firefox issue but what email server provided you used to create your email. Those are two separate things here. If you don't have access to the firefox login registered email then there nothing that can be done here since that is not a firefox email but 3rd party email aka yahoo email or gmail that holds that account. Those two login passwords aren't the same and shouldn't be the same as doing so is asking for problems. Firefox login password should be different from your Actual email login password.
