Histogram don't hide
When I'm going to full screen video - I'm got control buttons on the screen. It's happened 2 weeks ago and go on to this day. Get (SystemUi Tuner apk.) Then search for fullscreen mode and add applications to hide navigation bar, it might not be perfect solution because you will have to use swipe gesture to show navigation bar(control buttons) in those applications. In addition you can hide top bar the one where clock and battery are located so you gain more space to browse sites.
