Il tuo server di posta SMTP ti sta bloccando perché considera spam le tue email. Perché avviene e come risolvere dovresti chiederlo a chi ti fornisce la casella email. Thunderbird ti sta solo mostrando il messaggio di errore che riceve dal server.
