once you have selected an email in the list, press Ctrl+A to select everything in the list. Select a message in the list hold the ctrl key and click on another message in the list to select it as well Select a message in the list and press Alt and click on another message in the list to select all the messages in between as well. A combination of ALT + click and Ctrl +Click will allows very fine control over the messages selected. Note: You appear to be using windows. These shortcuts have been in Windows for more than 30 years. At least I recall using them in windows 3 around 1985.
