Each time I open a webpage I receive the following JavaScript Application warning: "TypeError: Components.classes[TvtPwmComponent_CID] is undefined." Webpages do open after I cancel the warning.

That indicates that the ThinkVantage Password Manager is not working, it is probably not compatible with Firefox 4. If you disable or uninstall that extension you should no longer get the errors - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons
