In firefox 3.6 i could type for example "avatar imdb" in the address bar and it would take me to the page about the movie avatar on imdb.com but in firefox 4 it just takes me to google

There is a detailed thread on this very issue here: In earlier versions, the URL Bar had this feautre where you could type in certain key words or phrases and it would take you to the relevant site directly, much like Google's "I'm feeling lucky" feature. | Firefox Support Forum | Firefox Help.
