Cannot set my home page and user names/passwords do not save/autofill.
My old home page google.com/ig does not save when I try to restore it as my home page. When I sign into gmail, I must input username/password every time, and I am no longer asked to save info for any signin on any site.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.
To see all History and Cookie settings, choose:
- Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
- Deselect: [ ] "Always use private browsing mode"
