Ever since Firefox was updated 01/16/2012 it doesn't want to open at all, I had to use to I.E, had to to be able to contact you!!! Unacceptable and I really do not want to go through a complete uninstall and reinstall, then I would rather use IE
Firefox was automatically updated on my system on 01/15/2012, now it does'nt want to open at all, actually opens in two tabs and just keep trying to open.......
