Hi dianepearson,

This sounds like a theme or persona issue. I'd try starting Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down shift while it is starting. Then disable all themes and add-ons.

If that fixes it, you should be able to figure out which theme is causing the issue and disabling it permanently. You can find all your themes in Tools > Add-ons.
