When I open browser a notice in top corner of screen indicate Modzilla out of date needs to upgrade. Then this webcake download starts just doesn't look like any Modzilla upgrade I have done

What is the url, Webcake is not part of Mozilla and there is a high chance you are installing malware from that site.

See the Update Firefox to the latest release for updaing correctly.

Also check for malware with all programs (they find different malware)

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
