Is there a way to set the desktop and full-screen... As defaults

I am using a Nexus 7 and would like to set the default options as DESKTOP, and FULLSCREEN so that I get these unless I manually reset them temporary. If this is not possible, then please put this on a Suggestion list.

P. S. I'd also like to be at to 'share to' another browser. That way I could use Firefox as my default, but s switch to s say puffin to play flash.
