my icon on the desktop has stopped working. Can't move it or delete it. how do I solve thism problem?

Start your window in Safe Mode and try delete it:

Then go to:

    • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird

or

    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird

And look for thunderbird icon right click on it and click on send to and select desktop, then a shortcut will be create in desktop.
