I have set my Homepage to www.bing.com

However, when I turn off FF and then bring it back on, it resets itself to Yahoo. How can I fix this? Incidentally, restarting works. It's just when FF is closed completely and then opened.

Try start Firefox in Safe Mode:

Try restore on about:config page, go there search for browser.startup.homepage change its value to www.bing.com then chceck if your home change yet.
