Dodo is my Email ISP and suddenly, after 4 months, Dodo or Thunderbird says it does not recognise my Password!!! So I cannot download any of my emails!!! Why not?

I though dodo had gone the way of dial-up. They really are not moving with the time.

they list connection settings as http://www.dodo.com/support/technical-support/email/settings/

what do you see in dodo settings on the troubleshooting page? (help menu)
