can't send, can receive port, etc all good tb indicates that it was sent
all settings ok. using mac recently went to aol mail, no problem with apple mail but tb will not send mail. in the sent mail folder it does indicate that it was sent no messages other then mail has been sent. aol allowed users to keep verizon email address.

So what's the problem then?
tb will not send mail.
That sort of contradicts your other statement. You'll need to explain that in more detail.

ya think i missed a few words? i even got confused
ok write a new message, send it, appears in sent folder but goes no where. all settings are correct (hopefully) -------tb doesn't send the message, it lies to me by putting it in the sent folder)

When the message appears in the Sent folder, it has been sent.
Whether it gets to the intended recipient is an entirely different story.

sorry for the delay mail that i sent from tb only went to the 'sent' folder' no where else after some mind blowing escapades what was left? yes i reinstalled tb with no problems
