installl the addon, importexporttools NG. then, highlight Local Folders, rightclick, select the importexport option to import mbox.

Local Folders won't be created until you add an account. Once it's created, copy the mbox into the Mail/Local Folders location of the profile folder, with TB closed. A folder with the name of the mbox will appear when TB is restarted.
