Not a Mozilla related question but I'll answer then close shortly as off-topic. Please read Mozilla Support rules and guidelines

Any web hosting server should support those requirements although I prefer 000webhost.com as I use them at the moment, they're great, I've had no issues with them and Wordpress is installed on my website.
