Mozilla is non responsive,install many times
I am facing an issue on mozilla from last 1 month. After updating to latest I found that I am unable to open any site , even google isn't opening . the cursor in address-bar (loading circle) moves but no page opens and I wait even for 30 minutes +, I uninstall and install many times but same problem again and again , below are some logs I observed:

You can download Aurora if Firefox is still unresponsive: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/#aurora And don't forget to reset your profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
Thx Andreea, I tried to reset firefox but still the problem exists . I'll try Aurora now.
It is better to avoid installing a Firefox alpha version.
Try to do a clean install instead and make sure to delete the Firefox program folder.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
- Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (64 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure NOT to remove personal data when you uninstall Firefox as that will remove all Firefox profile folders and you lose your personal data.
If you keep having problems then also create a new profile.
Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
- Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
- Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs. For detailed instructions, see
Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet. {web link}

I'm not able to look at this screenshot, so could you upload it again?
You did delete the Firefox program folder?
- (32 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (64 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
Thank you!
Hi Thanks for reply , I am using premium version (paid) of Norton Antivirus and scanned my system. I feel it could be caused by any dll missing but not seen any such problem .However below is the screen-shot of console .
FredMcD, the OP did post a screenshot already earlier but it does not load for some reason. The second attempt works.
Click on the Windows icon. Select All Programs > Accessories. Right click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator. Copy this line, and paste it into the new window.
C:\Windows\System32\sfc.exe /scannow
