I had to refresh my laptop because there were things i couldn't correct or undo and i had to reinstall all my apps/programs as well including Mozilla Thunderbird.I now need help restoring all the lost emails in that profile or account there cause they are gone including 2 archived folders that had a lot of important stuff from 2014 and 2015..can anyone help me?I refreshed my pc a while ago. Could the folders still be there?In the future should i have to refresh my pc again should i use moz backup?

You can only restore something you backed up before.
