Personal email replies do not contain that type of lettering. This is a daily email from David Jeramiah.org. Second example is an email from Bloglovin feed.
Would appreciate any advice to rememdy those letters.

That worked. Thanks a bunch..i could still make out the meaning but it was driving me up a wall...i clicked on the email...went to view and changed it to unicode....closed the email and opened it again to see if it held...it didn't, but then clicked on the view - unicode and it read correctly....don't mind doing that each time if it can't be a permanent fix each time i open the daily email.....i already had the view message body set to 'original'.....i used to be able to troubleshoot things like this but computers have gone way beyond my senior citizen, dumb blonde intelligience! Thanks again.
Dont say that, im senior myself 70, but not blond, more grey
