After windows10 update, updated Thunderbird, after using 24.5.0 for years, no problems. Install 38.1.0, can't see Remote content, hangs when deleting?
After windows10 update, l updated Thunderbird as well, after using 24.5.0 for years an having no problems. l installed 38.2.0 and it's a night mare, can not see remote content, weather you tick the box or not (viewing as original html) & it happens to all emails, as well as it hangs when deleting emails.

What is your anti-virus software?
Anti-virus software is Avira. If l turn it off it does not mater.
Option A. Please update to 38.2.0
Option B. Have now updated to 38.2.0 and still have the same problems.
How do you start window 10 in safe mode?
After starting in safe mode nothing change, Still the same, no remote content and still hangs when deleting.
l have notice that, the longer l have Thunderbird open and running in the back ground, the better the hanging when deleting gets. l still can not see remote content.

Does not mater if l tick the box or not, l still can not see the remote content, no mater what l do it still will not show me the remote content.
lets see a screen shot of that, or better yet the source of the message (ctrl+U) ( I have an email address in my profile)
I have seen complaints recently of missing remote content that is powered by in mail JavaScript, so the images never appear as Thunderbird blocks execution of scripts.
l have sent you an email.

I'm running 38.0.3 and occasionally T-Bird hangs when deleting an email, not always. I do not have an issue seeing remote content, just the hang when deleting. It only started after upgrading to Windows 10.
