Hello!

Some time ago, I updated my Swedish Windows 10 Pro N 64-bit to version 1703 (the 'July update' I have understood it's commonly referred to as?). After updating, Firefox prompted me to install the new version of Media Feature Pack, linked in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows

As I am on a 64-bit system, I am only able to install the 64-bit version of the MFP. Either way, after installing, I rebooted the computer. After the reboot, Firefox still prompted me to install the MFP, which I found odd. I downloaded it again, but when started the installation program it said I already had installed MFP.

So, I googled a bit and found this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/windows-media-or-other-plugins-stopped-working - however, I apparently had already followed those steps earlier as the 'plugins.load_appdir_plugins' field was already modified and set to 'true'. I couldn't find any other articles related to the issue, and I can't find any newer threads regarding this issue.

Troubleshooting information is available below, and I can provide more details as needed. Anyone has any idea what could be the cause of this?

I realize that I never actually provided any of the cases that it doesn't work. Youtube works partly, but not in h.264, as seen in attached screenshot. I've also had playback issues on imgur .gifv's as well as reddit's video hosting.
