How can I set the default zoom in FF 56.0 on Windows 10 to 120%?

I have vision problems, so I want the default zoom set to 120%. I can do this in Chrome, but I can't find a similar setting in Firefox.

Hi Connie, Firefox has a setting which applies to both the toolbars and the web content. Let's try setting that first and see whether you like it.

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste pix and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx preference and enter 1.2 and click OK -- that is the equivalent of 120%. But it may be smaller than where you stated because Firefox takes as its baseline the Windows "Text Size" setting. You may need to try 1.5.
