Indeed, the add-on was so recommended by Mozilla and in-bedded in FF (eg these formats were provided in the "Save as" menu), and, also, I am familiar with these options since a so long time that I forgot that they were provided by an extension (Mozilla Archive Format). Unfortunately, this add-on is not compatible with Quantum, and I don't find any replacement option to save pages in single file formats (instead of a file + folder).

This extension works by inlining page resources into the HTML file, rather than zipping up the file+folder. You might want to give it a test and see what you think:
