Supposedly the guest session option should be found by tapping the 3 dot menu then Tools then Start Guest Session, but when I go there it only shows Downloads and Logins, I see no Guest Session option anywhere

Guest session was removed in Firefox 67. You can use private tabs or Android Guest users option.
