Hi - I wonder if someone can help? My Outlook was crashing - so: switched to Thunderbird and have been happy with the service. HOWEVER - IF I open Outlook now - ALL the messages in the Thunderbird IN box disappear …. and do not appear in Outlook either.....they just disappear completely. Messages in SENT and DELETED stay the same and are OK... ….strange? MANY THANKS

If you logon to your webmail account via a browser, do you see emails in the server webmail Inbox?
