In Tools/Account Settings, Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom of the left pane, you should have two smtp servers, each with the same Yahoo server settings (smtp.mail.yahoo.com, 465, SSL/TLS, OAuth2), but with distinct Descriptions and User Names (email address). Then, select an account in the left pane of Account Settings and select the corresponding smtp server in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) menu in the right pane.
