Need Firefox stub-setup in german language

Dear Sir or Madam,

I like to install Firefox with the online stub setup, because it installs the latest version automatically. But in the first installation english is predefined and has to be changed later in settings manually (for every user account).

Is there the possibillity for a stub-setup (not the offline-version!) that installs Firefox in german language directly and if yes, can you tell me where I find the download for it?

I'll test it but this may take some time, because I have to find an pc on where Firefox was never installed before to be sure.
