After auto update to 102.2.2 NONE of my folders appear! Accounts are intact - but no email or local folders appear.

I tried this (did not work) : 'Menu icon > Help > More Troubleshooting Information

Under 'Application Basics' - Profile Folder - click on 'Open Folder'

A new window opens showing contents of your 'profile name' folder

Exit Thunderbird now - this is important

Scroll down - delete all of the following files.

folderCache.json folderTree.json session.json xulstore.json Start Thunderbird

check you have this : 'View > Folders > select 'All

I see a folder \AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\w1mt54e1.default-release that looks like it has all my stuff in it. When I do: "Under 'Application Basics' - Profile Folder - click on 'Open Folder'" that is the folder that opens.

I hope someone can help I have no access to all my email. I'm kind of freeking out.

Just a suggestion: rightclick on an account and see if 'subscribe' allows access to the folders.

No that did not help.

does using the "troubleshoot mode" on the help menu see any change after Thunderbird restarts in that mode?
