I use a Gmail account to sync contacts calendar and mail.

Unfortunately Microsoft do not offer an offer non proprietary method of accessing the calendar or contacts. Sad really. Google, Yahoo and GMX all do as well as most online mail and calendar providers. These all synchronize well with Thunderbird. Microsoft needs an addon to enable the proprietary protocols used.

I seemed to get BirdieSync to work, but, still checking. I'll let you know. For now what I had to do was totally delete my google calendar and Contacts. I used Play Store's Simple Calendar and Contacts and loaded those then got BirdieSync to see them. I don't use Online Web email Programs or Apps because they steel data and want access to the whole computer, crap.

Please answer my first question if you know how to stop TB from notifying my PC of the same email received over and over, just once is good. I'm using a PC Win 10 and Android 11 Phone, Ulefone Note 13P.
