I tried contacting Mozilla Customer Service, but there is absolutely no way to do it. You customer service leaves much to be desired.

You updated your unstable system. It did the update, but now my saved passwords are missing. If your system deletes the passwords, what kind of safety do users of Firefox are guarantee? If this issue is not resolved, I will leave and delete your browser NEVER to use it again. In addition, I created a Firefox account long time ago to supposedly have my passwords secure. At this point all the passwords are missing. What security is your system providing?

Firefox is just a End user help forum it's not a Support ticket or contact us option. Firefox doesn't save password unless you use firefox password manager and it doesn't secure the passwords that is up to the user to do that. The password manager is a AutoFill/AutoSave login manger. It's up to the use to secure their Computer with password to prevent un-authorized access failing to do that isn't something Firefox can do about. I don't recall loosing logins just by doing simple firefox updates or downloading of the new version and updating Firefox. Firefox can't make someone decide what Browser they choose to use. As Noted some sites work better with either Edge aka Microsoft site/services/one drive, Chrome aka Docs, Youtube as some examples.

What you should try do to is some see if some of the helps work.

I did attempt to open that link and it took me straight to a "google" search. And that's another issue, I can't get rid of google. I go to search to reset my browser, and click on google, and remove will not highlight.....all I did was upgrade and my stuff went poof......passwords, book marks.......I have old data folder and I am not a pc whiz. I can work on car engines from the 60's, build concrete stuff......software, no.......
