I would like to create mailling lists for some of the information I distribute and went to Thunderbird help for instructions. I landed here: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-create-and-use-mailing-lists-thu...] and found this:

Create a mailing list Open the Address Book. Select File > New > Mailing List.

That's where I discovered that "Mailing List" is not an available option.

I am using Thunderbird 102.7.0 in Windows 11.

Any advice? Thank you.

I use the button on the toolbar marked Newlist

thanks, Matt. It creates the folder but doesn't allow one to "mass mail" to the list without showing all the email addresses.

it creates a folder which can be entered directly into the To on the compose window, or the BCC if you don't want folks to see the others in the list being mailed.
