That is a hotmail support issue not a Firefox as it's just the Browser.

Hi, what happens when you try to access your messages? Is there a specific error message? Is the layout broken?

I assume you are using the newer Outlook URL -- https://outlook.live.com/mail/ -- and not the old Hotmail URL?
