Locking - see this Norton support page.

There used to be an icon up on the top of the old Firefox, which would let me log into "Identity Safe" a Norton security product. When I clicked it, it asked me for a password. When provided, Norton would fill in all the details - i.e. log in, name, address, visa info. There is no longer such an icon, and I have no way to log into "Identity Safe" so I have to fill everything out myself.

I just downloaded and installed Firefox4 only to find out that it doesn't support the Norton Identity Safe, which has all of my usernames and passwords in it. NOW what do I do? If it can't handle this or maybe import from Norton, I'm going to have to de-install and (hopefully) reinstall 3.7.

Please advise.

Can't reinstall Firefox 3.7. Looks like Internet Explorer supports the Norton Identity Safe.

Good news! Norton has a hotfix for this now. Go to this page on Norton's website and download and execute the hotfix tool. You need to make sure that you have FF 4.0 installed and that Norton is up-to-date. A restart will be required when the hotfix completes, but when it comes back up, your identity safe will be there.
