maybe you can also use a tool like unlocker to successfully delete files which are in use...

hello Irenelam, from the crash details you've submitted, it appears that the babylon toolbar on your pc is triggering the crashes. please remove it like it is described here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/935739#answer-367152

hello - sorry to hear that you're still having problems. have you uninstalled all components of this software ("Browser Manager", "Bprotector", "Object Installer") as it was described in the link?

more options

i cant seem to find browser manager etc and when i go to the toolbar extension i cant seem to find the babylon file

"browser manager" is the component which causes the firefox crashes & you'd have to remove in order to fix the issue. unfortunately a search for it on the internet reveals that this software is very close to be considered malware and is quite hard to get rid of - please follow the instructions at www.explosiveknowledge.net/main/2012/08/19/browsemngr/
