When I log into my Barclays online banking I can get as far as the summary screen but then can't access the account details and get the message Firefox Not Responding. I can however access all the information when I use Google Chrome. I've tried disabling Java but can't even log on to my bank when trying this and I've uninstalled and installed Firefox again on to my computer. This has only been happening for the past 3 or 4 weeks and I've used Firefox as my browser for quite a few years. I'm not an expert on the computer so don't know where to go from here.

I have discovered that by disabling the Do Not Track Me extension the problem goes away which I'm disappointed about as I'd never had a problem before. Is there any good alternative to this extension?
