SINCE LAST UPDATE DASHLANE DOESN'T WORK. IS THIS GOING TO BE MADE COMPATIBLE AGAIN??
I have paid for this service to collect and make my logins and passwords secure, it was working and since the last automatic update to Mozilla it is now not compatible. Is this going to be fixed?

You are running Firefox 23, which is in Beta. Expect more add-ons to break when using Beta. Use Firefox release, which is 22 to get more stability. www.getfirefox.com

In all honesty you are burning your money for paying for something that you can get for free, and is just as secure. Firefox has an area for you to set a master password for logins and passwords. This will protect your passwords from unauthorized users. To set it up on the top left corner there is a Firefox button click it, and then go to Options and go to Security. I have provided an image so you can check if you are in the correct place.

Also this is Dashlane's problem. I'm sure they will provide an update, but please try the master password, and if it does what you need, cancel Dashlane.

the picture you show for the button on Firefox to enable password protection is for Windows. Where would i look on the Mac version?
I don't get posts and replies very well. I think I posted a reply in the wrong place, so I'm posting again. The picture you show for the button on Firefox to enable password protection is for Windows. Where would i look on the Mac version?
On a mac, go to Edit, then preferences, you will get the same dialog in the picture above, follow the same steps to enable on a mac
Thanks.
I can't use Dashlane either with FF 23. I am willing to uninstall 23, but where can I find FF 22 to download? Every place I look offers only 23.
Hello, please let me know how i can store not only my login & password, but also other information (e.g. Credit card number & dates), then access them from any PC, Mac and from my iPhone ? As far as i know Dashlane is not just to store logins & passwords. Regards
Since we're using "all honesty" as the protocol for discussion on the newly incompatible Firefox 27.0 Beta 1 and Dashlane, know this: Over the past 6 months or so, Firefox has grown increasingly unreliable when attempting to function across a myriad of normal, day-to-day browsing operations. The problem has been so severe as to necessitate me to regularly switch to IE or Chrome in order to get functionality on a website. So, I need a third-party password app like Dashlane that is portable across several browsers as Firefox has taught me that putting all my eggs in one basket is not safe.
Many application only support Firefox Releases and not test builds like the 27.0 beta 1.
