I just created a Firefox account but it doesn't log me in for mozilla support and I can't find how to create a mozilla account.

I somehow found how to create a mozilla support account by searching for "How do I create a Mozilla account". Of course the answer didn't explain how to do it. I saw the line "You must log in to your account to reply to posts. Please start a new question, if you do not have an account yet." So, the trick is to click on the "start a new question" link and you can get to a place to create a mozilla support account. All I wanted to do was reply to a post. To do that you have to log into a MOZILLA SUPPORT ACCOUNT. After being stuck in the infinite loop for an hour of searching and going to the log in page and FINDING NO LINK TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT, (UNLIKE EVERY OTHER WEB SITE IN THE WORLD) I stumbled on the trick I listed above. I found plenty of help for creating a Firefox account or adding an email account in Firefox. YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE EASY TO FIND HOW TO CREATE A SUPPORT ACCOUNT, IN MOZILLA SUPPORT! Now I need to find how to get mozilla support to add a link to create a mozilla support account ON THE LOGIN PAGE. Maybe I'm missing something but it seems like mozilla support doesn't really want people to create a mozilla support account.

That would be my take on it unless they actually want to ask a question.

But as you can not help yourself spamming this thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1119865 I will lock it. I doubt either of those parties will welcome your email 5 months after they last communicated.

If you wish to commune with someone on this topic I suggest you take your questions to the contributor forums. Discussion there has gone on for years. I am sure you can find one of the many threads about sign up pages.

However this is most certainly off topic for Thunderbird.

New members create an account when they ask a new question (thread) as you also get introduced to the Knowledge Base which may answer your question(s). Mozilla prefers people ask in a new thread vs asking for help in a existing thread as sometimes a thread not solved gets hijacked and OP does not appreciate that.
