It's stuck in safe mode. I opened it in Safe Mode, tried to Refresh, but it hung up. Nonetheless, when I reopened it initially, it opened normally but then stopped opening tabs. So I rebooted and now it won't open in normal mode. None of the posted articles seem to address this.

What makes you think that Firefox is in Safe Mode?

If you would open Firefox in Safe Mode then you get the Safe Mode dialog.

Do you get this Safe Mode dialog or does Firefox open normally ?
