What is the best way to sync email signatures between multiple devices? (phones multiple desktops etc) I'd like to avoid having to input the HTML code for every device that needs the signature if possible. Thanks!

Maybe try to create a Symlink. Or signatures via or by cloud traffic. There is a release by outlook but not here.
