How do I get rid of all that junk that preceeds the message?
All that junk that appears before the message in Mozilla Thunderbird is meaningless and of no interest to me. What's more, it gets included in any message that is forwarded to others. How can I get rid of it?

From the Menu Bar select View-Headers-Normal
No menu bar? Press the alt key.
