When I try to "get Mail," I get the error message: The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop-server.nycap.rr.com responded: no such message. The only way to see my emails is through the road runner website. Otherwise, no problems. Any suggestions?

Log into the Web Mail for the email pop with the error.. Goto SETTINGS and change the Junk mail setting to "Delete the mail" Save refresh blah blah..
NOW try your error-ed Thunderbird pop.. Happened to me twice now and it PO'd me nobody had an answer so, I wanted to make sure all now had one..
