My Sync-account is not available any more?!?

Dear Support, My IT images my Computer but before I saved my Sync-Account Name and the Sync-Recovery-Key. Now I got my computer back and try to restore everything by logging into my old Sync account be Firefox told me that my account does not exist?! Yesterday I was working on this account so whets wrong and how can I get all my very important Data stored in this account back on my new Firefox?!

Please help!

Sorry, the Sync Recovery Key hasn't been used since Firefox 28. With Firefox 29 and 30 all that is needed is the Username (email addy) and your Password; assuming that you upgraded your Sync account after the Firefox 29 version was released on April 29.
