I have Thunderbird installed on my IMac and on my MacBook Pro, The MacBook Pro Thunderbird is already set up. How can I copy Thunderbird settings to the IMac?

How can I transfer all of my settings, bookmarks, etc., from my MacBook Pro to my IMac? Also, can I automatically keep both copies of Thunderbird synched so that changes on one computer are recognized on another computer.
