When I copy Profile to back up my emails, the Folders and my Sent emails do not backup
Looking into my external backup drive, I do not see my Folders where I stored email to keep, or any of my Sent emails. Does Profile include only our Inbox?

When I copy Profile to back up my emails:
I presume you: made hidden files and folders visible.
Accessed your Profile folders:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information
- click on 'Show folder' button
- Closed Thunderbird - very important
Copied the Thunderbird Profile name folder which by default is called xxxxxxxx.default, (unless you renamed it) to another folder on your desktop or external device. (Where x's are numbers and letters) .
Is this a pop mail account or an imap mail account?
