Problems with firefox newest version 31.1
I never had any problems with firefox till now. When i install nevest version of firefox 31.0 problems appear : 1.Open menu button doesnt work (when i press on it nothing happens) 2. When i start firefox the bookmarks is dissapeared to get them back i have to remove boommarks toolbar and then enable again. 3. When i press inspect element nothing happens. And its only happens in nevest firefox version , i reinstalled nevest version of firefox and installed lover versions and everything works fine, then i update again firefox to 31.0 and again same problems.
I tried evrything :fully uninstalled firefox from programms and %appdata% and it doesnt helps.
Whats the problem?

Did you run firefox in safe mode ?
yes i did tried safemode but anyway same. I am using windows8.1 64bit . When i install any older version firefox works propely. I need help i am trying everything but still problems occur on nevest version. But for my laptop 32bit windows8 everything works fine. Any help?
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop

If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
- Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
If you keep having problems then also create a new profile.
still same i did everything what is in the list. thing is that nevest version 31.0 doesnt work for me

i am having the same issue regarding "open menu" button, from v31 on. i think it is related to windows 8 or 8.1 tried uninstalling 10 times, deleting folders and all, to no avail.
FF 30 functions ok in this matter though
just found out thunderbird 31 does NOT let me add an email account, nothing happens when i click add account. thunderbird 30b1 works though which leads me to believe something is broken in v31 for both FF and TB

I have not yet solved this problem, seems it is for windows 8.1 64 bit version, cus i tested it on w7 64bit and it worked .
