Unable to send emails from my ISP's wesite since I made Firefox my default browser. Yet I can send emails from the same website on Inernet Explorer.
Can someone please help me with the problem I am facing? Since I've made Firefox my default browser, I can't sned emails from ISP's website. I can receive them just fine, but I can't send them. However, if I go on to Internet Explorer I can send emails from my ISP's website. Confused? Because I am!! Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi JD65, That does sound confusing and not expected. Greasing up the profile may reveal what may be causing this. Troubleshooting steps:
- Does this happen in Safe Mode? Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode This will allow you to determine if it is an add on that may be causing this issue.
- Have you cleared the cache of that ISP site? How to clear the Firefox cache
- Does this happen in a new profile: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
