SERIOUSLY NEED INFO PLEASE..
I have dealt with this malicious spyware crap or whatevr its calld but it goes thruall of my apps reopens them whn they are closed as well as lockd changed emails passwords n passcodes n etc over 15 times n 2 weeks n also cleared evrything out of my phne and had cellphne provider i paid them to clear out phne but still the apps were still in there. they have stolen evrything frm me and i do not knw what else to do??? i just started all ovr again today n used firefox n mozilla nstaead of all google becuz they have evrything to look just like the real thing like its watchn what i am doing right now. its taken all of my data n personal folders n files i had for over two years now n has taken all my contacts and personal info n emails n etc. please help wut d i use to make this nightmare end. they even pose as u guys now...jus withn mattr of hours.

Hi Suga, I can first empathize with your situation, as loosing all personal data is one of my worst nightmares. Second, I understand that the situation now is that you have a mobile device with no data on it, but just the applications as well as Firefox for Android.
Please seek legal advice if this is a legal matter. Please make a back up of any data that you want to keep.
However in Firefox for Android there are two features I would recommend:
- Do not track is located in Settings > Privacy > Tracking, select "Do not tell sites anything about my tracking preferences"
- Clear data frequently from the same menu
As for the other applications on the phone, each app will have a permissions agreement, like Firefox for Android, where it will tell you what kind of data is shared or needs permissions in order to work properly.
